ABOUT THE RESTAURANT
Benetos Restaurant, owned by Benetos and Susan Matthaiou, opened in the summer of 1997. The restaurant is located just outside of the town of Scala on a quiet inlet know as Sapsila. Fourteen tables are located on a spacious outdoor veranda overlooking the Aegean Sea, creating a relaxed romantic atmosphere. The menu includes dishes from all over the Mediterranean as well as some of Asian origins. Emphasis is placed on using the freshest local fish and produce. The extensive wine list consists of the best Greek wines available. Service is attentive and friendly. The restaurant is open from June to October for dinner only, and closed on Mondays. Visa and Mastercard are accepted.
